Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time as long as the order has not been processed and shipped. Please contact us immediately if you need to make a change to your order 301.620.9920. Changes will only be accepted before your order is processed. Personalized and monogrammed orders are not subject to cancellation.

Exchanges and Returns

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange it for something else. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization number. NO ITEMS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Returns must be received in original packaging and in perfect condition in order for a refund to be processed. We are not responsible for items damaged in shipment on returns! Sending your items back insured is highly recommended.

Please note Monogrammed and Personalized Items are NON RETURNABLE or REFUNDABLE.

Damages

If you receive your order and there is a damage/defect you must notify us within 24 hours.

A 6% sales tax applies to all Maryland Shipments.
