1. How long will it take to process my order?

All in stock orders placed by 5:00pmEST will ship out the next Business day. Personalized Products and out of stock merchandise can take up to 2 weeks to ship. You will receive a detailed email on your order status within 48 hours of order placement.

2. Can I pick up my order?

Yes, we allow pick ups during our normal business hours in our retail location:

3. Does my order require assembly?

Most favor boxes and some other items require assembly. We do offer an assembly service. Please contact us at sales@theorganizedbridestore.com for further details.

4. Can I exchange items in your store?

Yes, if your return is compliant with our return policy you can visit our retail store during normal business hours for a refund or exchange.

5. Do you ship internationally?

We do not currently ship outside of the United States.

6. How do you ship orders?

All orders are shipped UPS, United Parcel Serivce.
